“Extremely clean and nice! Workers were kind and polite. Would definitely go back!”

“Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“No towels, no fitted sheets or pillow cases, broken A/C, black mold in shower, sink was gross, generally "dirty"”

“I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.”

“The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

“I was only there for 8 hours before our next softball game. The floors were dirty. The counter we put stuff on was dirty. Maybe wax on it couldn’t tell. Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another”

“It is the only hotel in the area so it’s hard to complain. The air conditioning needs to be upgraded and it almost felt humid in the room. Loved the staff breakfast ended at 9. I have 3 little kids and we came in at 8:55. I apologized and they told us to take our time they keep it open until they don’t see anyone then they close it down. I feel like that should be everywhere considering some people may me late risers in general or night shift work. Parking was fine really no complaint there....
