“Clean facility and gracious”

“room was clean as was the hotel. did not use free breakfast. wish i could take the pillows home they were very comfortable”

“We've stayed here many times and the property is in need of remodeling. When we checked in, the assigned room door was open and the tv was on. We were placed in a larger room to stone. The bathroom needed repairs. ”

“The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. Paint chipping off the wall in the bathroom and what I could only imagine was grease stains from previous guest on the barely filled toiletries in the shower. “The parking lot is unlit and full of U-Haul rental trucks and large Asplundh tree trucks making it difficult at best to navigate their lot with a larger vehicle. Also had a broken toilet, really bad water pressure and towels that were stained and looked to be older than me(48yrs). The walls are paper thin as well so partying neighbors were up until at least 3am. In addition they are supposedly “non smoking” rooms, but room 113 smelled like someone had hot boxed an entire pack of unfiltered...
