“We had a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. It was too hot, but they also had a BB court and tether ball as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for any needs or requests we had.”

“I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering.”

“The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. However. Our room was NOT clean at all. The microwave was disgusting, the fridge was dirty. The beds had hair in them and there were someone's dirty socks left behind. The breakfast was a 0☆ as it was watered down orange juice, waffles and snack cakes.”

“Was advertised as a non smoking room and reeked of smoke when personnel told about no offer to change rooms or anything just reiterated non smoking, air conditioner rattled all night long”

“Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day.”
