“So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. “Hallways and stairways were a sauna. Heat was on way too high. Breakfast was ok. Need some fruit. Not sure why there were dinner potatoes and pulled pork out there. Would be better with some bacon or a breakfast sausage. Pool and hot tub wasnt open. We couldnt get a discount for not being able to use the gym, pool and hot tub. Wont stay here again. ”

“The property is in a safe and nice area. Well maintained and friendly staff. We had an incident that the upper floor guests arrived in the middle of the night and caused a significant disturbance for the understairs. I hope that the receptionist could kindly remind late arrival guests of the courtesy of keep a quiet living space.”

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!”

“It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something! As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!! “You have to be ble to tolerate cigarette smoke because you can smell it everywhere. The room was clean but the beds are horrible. I had a feeling of falling out the bed because the mattress was to soft or badly wore. The room was large and spacious.”

“The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied.
