Hotel a Munster

“I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

“Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the carpet was dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the overall condition of the room felt outdated. The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. “From the minute we walked in the door and was welcomed by Marilyn, we had a most delightful stay! Tho we were in town for a funeral, Marilyn's personality was the perfect fit for any occasion. All our needs were met. The hotel had welcoming free coffee, a spacious room. Surroundings were safe, quiet and close to restaurants and activities. A definite stay while traveling through or in Crown Point!”

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”
