Hotel a Hobart

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

“Didn’t eat breakfast.”

“The lady at the front desk was pretty rude. We checked in late, like close to 1am. We had a reservation, had ID ready. We were trying to make it go smoothly. She didn’t even say hello or anything just was kinda snippy and rude and stuck up. I had to provide a card for incidentals, I asked would she like a physical card or is tap okay, and she pointed at the register and said “it says tap, doesn’t it.” The pinpad did not have any tap icon on it, and was not ready for payment yet so I could tell....

“I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

“I had booked a stay online. It took over 15 minutes to get into room as their card machine wouldn't work for incidentals. Additionally, I had three charges that were pending for almost a week, they ended up being resolved but was not a great overall for the stay. Breakfast very basic.”

“The room is spacious and clean. The only issue is with the microwave. A lot of food splatters from previous guesses made me have to clean up before heating my food.”

“The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

“Molar on the bathtub property up by the girls girls didn't work room wasn't what we expected it to be there was a ladder when we walked in the walkway there was a tall ladder part of the tiles were down in the main lobby breakfast had a lot to be desired we stayed there before we had a living room this time we just had two beds and a TV and a little portable refrigerator instead of a full size refrigerator it was all just a joke there was no shampoo in the bathroom won't be staying there again”
