“The welcoming staff was exceptional and very helpful. The front desk had great communication and knowledgeable. I can hear the person above me very loud and clear. I will definitely revisit and stay, I will just ask to be on the highest level to solve that issue.”

“Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. I would have gladly...

“Great stay”

“Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay.”

“Hotel room was disgusting, sheets had stains bathroom not clean… front desk staff was VERY nice though. We ended up leaving and getting a refund”

“This hotel is still under construction while the room we were given was clean and pretty nice. The bed was hard. The television did not work. We went to the office, but it was never fixed when we got there. We were charged $100 deposit and and it was not refunded that they said we smoked me and my boyfriend don’t even smoke. They kept our deposit refused to give it back so don’t stay at this hotel in Merrillville. There are many other nicer friendlier hotels in the area.”

“We had 3 children and the people in the room next to us kept us all up all night. I made a call to the staff at 3 AM asking for some help and nothing was done. We ended up checking out early and not completing our stay.”

“You get what you pay for . No daily cleaning room service . Not even taking the trash out ( we had to do it ourselves for several days )! Broken shower head ! They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . Will never stay here again”
