“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. “Decent rooms”

“I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room then I had made.food for me.and my partner to save in good cost and couldn't even use the microwave because it was broken had no tables or chairs to sit at no coffee pot couldn't watch TV because you had to pay to watch the TV and the place had roaches and I was not able to get my money refunded as I couldn't stay there it was that unpleasant”

“I have stayed at other Sonesta locations, but this property did not appear to be ready for guests. There were areas where chunks of paint were missing or just not covered, among other things and it made the room look dirty. There was mold in the shower. The elevator smelled. There was water dripping from the lights behind the front desk. Also, there was a storm this night, so it knocked out the power in the entire hotel, so the room got hot because there was no AC. “Check in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, standard food, they had a pancake maker.”

“Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. “Room i booked wasnt available, nor is it a room they actually have. But the staff and my family made it work for the duration of our stay. Staff was always available for extra toilet paper or fresh towels. Pool needs a little cleaning along the edges but it served its purpose during those hot days. Would definitely stay here again though.”

“Convenience”

“All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future.”
