“Very clesn”

“The room was small and had roaches. The blankets were stained and had burnt holes from cigarettes in them. The bathroom was filthy the tube had stuff in it and hair. The bed was flipping up when you sit on it. Overall I left the hotel because it was a hotel for drug attacks and unruly customers. Not a place for respectable people”

“Rooms were updated and spacious, which was really what we needed. The hallway carpet was very dingy. All in all, it was what we needed for the price and had a great experience.”

“Great stay! My only feedback is on the housekeeping procedures and the pillows. King sized beds should have king sized pillows, and should come with both soft and firm options. The pillows provided were lumpy, limp and felt kind of old. As for the housekeeping, a small placard in the bathroom says housekeeping services are offered every other day, which I find a bit stingy- leftover from Covid most likely. If you need your room tended to for basics like trash/towels then you need to notify them...

“Customer service, cost, and quality of the hotel is excellent. The hotel does need a lot of updating, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good.”

“The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

“Vale il prezzo che si paga. Nel mio viaggio itinerante nel Midwest, ho alloggiato in hotel di categoria superiore (e di catene molto note) con un livello di pulizia decisamente inferiore. Si trova vicino a una buona steak house. Check-in e check-out molto veloci. Consigliato, se si è in zona”

“Upon entering front desk very inviting, breakfast was good and rooms were fresh and very clean.”

“Our key cards did not work on the second evening, but the desk clerk quickly took care of the problem. The only other thing that I could see as an improvement is, I wish the weekend breakfast would’ve started at six like the weekday breakfast. I still give high marks because everything else was good. Those were only minor things I wanted to write down.”

“Room was ok for two adults and two kids. We had three towels to share which we discovered very early the first morning. We did get four towels at front desk later in the day. No maid service in the only full day of our two day stay. Pool and hot tub clean. Pool area closed til 9 am. Hot tub is really nice and hot. Breakfast items are not all available if you come to breakfast after 9 am. Food is adequate.”
