“Very clesn”

“Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! Didn't look anything like the photos. There want any chairs in the room only the bed and half the lights didn't work. We got a King bed smoking and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!”

“The web site stated that the pet fee was $50, but when we checked in the fee was stated as being $75. The pet area is mostly dirt and not well maintained. I do not think I would return to this hotel.”

“Nice hotel but if you come on the weekend, watch out for very loud outbursts in the hallways at night. Saturday night at 2am, we were awakened by screaming children running up and down the hallway. I had to open my door and scream at them to stop it.”

“I come to Merrillville every 3 months and this is my first choice. This is an excellent hotel- Clean, convenient, and affordable prices. Staff in general is very pleasant & helpful. Enough parking space as well. Totally recommended.”

“Check in. Smells on entry. Hearing people have sex at the front desk checking in. Asked for refund. Company I booked with, found 190% better. 6 ways to travel!”

“Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)”
