“The whole experience at this hotel was terrible. It was dirty , holes in walls and doors. Burn holes in comforter. Live in residence up all night making noise.”

“Recently updated, but it is not kept clean. The staff wasn’t confident at best. I booked a room with double bed, got a single bed and then they got upset when I asked about it. Every time I dealt with them, it felt like I was being an inconvenience. I tried to use the bar and the first words out of their mouth where last call… I ended up just walking away. Breakfast was subpar at best… Not a single person in sight to keep up with cleaning tables. Some of the tables were absolutely filthy, I...

“Good breakfast, near freeway and restaurants and large grocery and drugstore.”

“This was by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The carpet in our room was so disgusting you couldn’t even see the pattern. Everything in the room was sticky with grime. Super outdated. Do better Wyndam.”

“The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

“I like the shower that the only thing but I didn't stay left the same day .it could of been more upgraded”

“Our key cards did not work on the second evening, but the desk clerk quickly took care of the problem. The only other thing that I could see as an improvement is, I wish the weekend breakfast would’ve started at six like the weekday breakfast. I still give high marks because everything else was good. Those were only minor things I wanted to write down.”

“Room was ok for two adults and two kids. We had three towels to share which we discovered very early the first morning. We did get four towels at front desk later in the day. No maid service in the only full day of our two day stay. Pool and hot tub clean. Pool area closed til 9 am. Hot tub is really nice and hot. Breakfast items are not all available if you come to breakfast after 9 am. Food is adequate.”
