“Clean room friendly staff”

“Well the only problem was the showers. We only stayed one night traveling through. I just wanted a bed and shower. The bed was great the shower was cold. I stop to let them know on the way out the shower was cold. He said oh yeah the whole second floor has trouble with the shower settings lol. He said you have to barely turn the handl on to get the hot water. If you go by the past the blue to the red it's cold. I tried multiple locations on the valve just not barely on. I would have gladly...

“Was very quiet and comfortable and had the best shower!”

“It's in transition from 1 brand to another. It's clean, affordable & staff was very nice.”

“This was an okay hotel for the price range. Pool under construction so possibly a smell noticable in the humble breakfast area.”

“No continental breakfast which was stated that there is on website and in room. Only coffee ask the front desk about it and he chuckled on the misleading information. Room was good. No coffee maker in room.”

“Under construction at present. Room is outdated and worn. Two different ice machines not functioning. Breakfast offering were sparse.”

“This hotel is still under construction while the room we were given was clean and pretty nice. The bed was hard. The television did not work. We went to the office, but it was never fixed when we got there. We were charged $100 deposit and and it was not refunded that they said we smoked me and my boyfriend don’t even smoke. They kept our deposit refused to give it back so don’t stay at this hotel in Merrillville. There are many other nicer friendlier hotels in the area.”

“Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean with nice amenities and features including a fridge, microwave and conveniently located plugs for charging your devices”

“Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.”

“All was excellent except I couldn't get the thermostat to work. It kept cooling and the only way that I could stop it was by turning it off. I reported it to the front desk but they couldn't fix it either. I will still stay there in the future.”
