“The breakfast was fresh and good. There were hairs on my towels and shower. Besides that it was a nice place to stay! ”

“This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. ”

“I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again. ”

“I have to awly mention Kia!! She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...

“I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

“This is an older part of town and so is the hotel, but it was a good place to rest. The neighborhood has may intriguing eateries and shops. ”
