“It is always a wonderful stay ,”

“The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied. The was food on the floor around the bed. There were no manager on site when I tried to see about...

“Room was dirty- mold and mildew in the shower and shower pan was slippery. Also, they charge $8 a day to park your car. This is Tinley Park, mid socioeconmic and ghe parking lot shares with Texas Roadhouse and Jumbo Crab. It's a joke. Save your $$ and stay somewhere else.”

“This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. ”

“The rooms are always so clean and nice!! The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!”

“Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! ”

“We had two rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but they had one of the adjoining rooms rented out, which did not make sense to me. If you only have one set of adjoining rooms you should not rent that room out unless it’s the last room which shifts I think you should have your employee shift change at 2 o’clock instead of 3:00 we got there at check-in time and our room was not ready because they were changing shifts. “It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something! As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!! Will, great technician who took care of the bed...
