Be informed if you swim in the pool. Ronnie (assistant manager who has a scratched off name tag, and a necklace with a ring dangling from it) was absolutely no help in resolving my concern, claiming he was a manager and directed me to the corporate number for my complaint instead of Ashley (the manager) who also does not respond even when Hilton Group gets involved with the following situation:
Pool was WAY over chlorinated. It was difficult to breath and very cold in the pool area because they opened a door (probably because of the chemicals). One of the night employees agreed that the pool had issues and would shut down the pool early that night and run some tests. When I tried to follow up the next morning with Ronnie, he made it seem as if there was nothing wrong with the pool, and it was impossible that the chemicals could be off. I asked him to talk to a manager or owner, & he said it was him. Even when I insisted to talk to an owner or his supervisor he would only give me the Hilton 800 number. Never again would I stay at this hotel. My wife's sterling silver ring was completely black from a 20 minute exposure to the pool and my daughter's hair turned into a dry straw texture. Currently not having any luck restoring my 4yr old daughter's hair even after treatments. Now she is going to need to haircut which is devastating for her!
