“Room was dirty and smelly. Squished bugs and hand prints on the walls. Stains on the sheets, blankets, curtains, and even lamp shades. The refrigerator howled everytime it ran and the shower floor was falling apart. Breakfast consisted of wet eggs, cold sausage, a toaster that didnt work properly, and apparently there wasn't a single spoon in the entire building.”

“Breakfast was put away and cleaned up before 945 am. I thought this hotel had roll-away beds but they do not. Everything else was great!”

“My stay was short. But the staff was helpful, room was clean. Close to Tinley Park. Gas and different food options within walking distance.”

“The kitchen was not stocked, as expected. Fridge was cold! Microwave worked! Coffee was available in the lobby. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, although the chair was cleaned a bit much as the material was rubbed off! lol. Any staff encounters were friendly. Location is central to many places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Checked in and their computers were down- this went on almost 2 days. You had to be walked to your room as there was no keys. Each time I stay here the service gets worse”
