“Nice”

“So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!”

“The pool is DANGEROUSLY over chlorinated. One of the children in our group actually had a reaction. You could not breathe and our eyes burned!!”

“Upon entering front desk very inviting, breakfast was good and rooms were fresh and very clean.”

“Our stay was not pleasant at all. There was a thunderstorm passing by and the power went out and it was not restored until Friday late afternoon. Our night was very uncomfortable with no rest at all, because there was no power to run the AC and the windows don’t even open to get fresh air into the room throughout the night or morning, nor able to take a shower. This was not how we wanted to spend our time in Chicago.”

“tv was hard to program. Bad remote? no working alarm clock, had to use my phone.”

“Very clean. Rooms are spacious.”

“Staff was very kind and helpful to get me checked in early”

“If you get late you won’t get any thing is breakfast. There wan no milk for cereal. No eggs .”

“This place is rundown dirty. The lobby smells the minute you walk in. We had to leave the same night, we couldn't stay because there were bugs. It was a terrible experience and we had to get a room somewhere else in the middle of night.”

“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“There is no power generator in the event of a power outage. I was there two nights with no electricity.”
