“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times...

“This was a good option for our overnight stay to catch an early flight in Chicago the next morning. Both individuals working the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was free and it was not too far from Midway. The only downside was the hallway carpet looked like it could use a deep clean.”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel offers a clean and comfortable bed to rest up. The front desk Maria was excellent , asking the right question and got me signed up for Hilton membership so that I can get points. I have stayed at Hilton several times , and never asked that question. Only downside is breakfast starts late 6.30 and weekend 7.30. We already left for VB before it opens.”

“Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. Ran out of tissue needed more staff told us to go buy some from the store. Couldn’t get fresh towels from the house keeper because she didn’t want to. They don’t even have a...

“The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling.”

“This hotel was located conveniently to the Midway airport. It was very nice…well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was that we arrived at 2pm and requested early check in, but had to pay $75 in order to get in our room early. Shuttles were available but we didn’t use it. I would recommend this hotel to others.”
