“Clean and safe experience”

“Chked in to a dirty room. Had to get a new one. Questionable atmosphere outside. ”

“DONT COME HERE. Plain and simple. Came here as a solo traveler for work. Felt unsafe at all times. Loitering around the entrance and halls, loud noises from people screaming on the phone or at eachother. Bed was outdated and prob 20+ years old. I left mid way during my stay bc it was that bad. ”

“Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating.”

“Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!”

“I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep. “For sure 3 out of 4 rooms I was shown had visible and you could smell the MOLD. The 4th one you couldn't see but could smell mold. I'm highly allergic and suffer with asthma! Nastiest hotel i have ever been too in my life! It seems I will need to dig deeper to find my next hotel when I visit other states, because this one should not have been on the list at all! I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was past exhausted! This was the worst part of my trip!”
