“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“Air conditioner was very loud.. The room was very clean.”

“Great stay, quiet and staff was very friendly. Also, the breakfast buffet was good.”

“This was a good option for our overnight stay to catch an early flight in Chicago the next morning. Both individuals working the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Parking was free and it was not too far from Midway. The only downside was the hallway carpet looked like it could use a deep clean.”

“Unsafe and Inhabitable”

“The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling.”

“The place was great except I booked it for the pool but it was out of order should have been told that upon booking I wouldn't have booked there if I had of known.”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel offers a clean and comfortable bed to rest up. The front desk Maria was excellent , asking the right question and got me signed up for Hilton membership so that I can get points. I have stayed at Hilton several times , and never asked that question. Only downside is breakfast starts late 6.30 and weekend 7.30. We already left for VB before it opens.”

“Breakfast choices were limited and most hot items looked unappetizing (i.e. runny and undercooked eggs, sausages were firm like rubber, etc.). All of the windows in the pool area were broken and would not open to ventilate the space. The pool deck was very humid and warm, even without anyone in there. Additionally, the entrance would be much more efficient if a room key fob was installed, versus having to go all the way to the front desk and ask for the attendant to let someone inside.”

“You could not get a wheelchair between the desk and bed in what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. The toilet seat was loose. Three out of four lightbulbs were burnt out above the bed. The mattress sagged so badly, it felt like sleeping in a hammock. The blackout curtains were about 70% effective, not what I call blackout. The television was not working; according to the desk, there were satellite problems. There was no indication on the telephone in the room on how to contact the...

“Great parking and good staff. Honestly it was a straight forward hotel. Clean but rooms need some upgrades.”

“If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is actually so terrible the guy at the front was so rude to us and treated us like criminals accused us of stealing the TV remote when we declined it at check in. He also called us within us being in the room for less than 5 minutes saying we can't have more than 4 people in a room when we had some people waiting for their rides to come pick them up. He said we HAD to buy another room while they waited. I've booked through Expedia multiple times...
