“This motel should be shut down! The place is falling apart, mattresses are brown & moldy, infested with bed bugs, once you turn on the shower-cockroaches come out of the drain, same with turning on the bathroom faucet-a bunch of cockroaches came out from the drain, the piping is old, rusted n falling apart, curtains are in shambles & an abominable odor reeks from inside. This place needs to be reported! I guess when you wanna make a quick buck, you don't care how your business is ran, or what...

“Nice place for the price. Liners were clean, room was acceptably clean. Manger was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was middle of the road, but again it was great value for a cheap room. Location is good on the edge of a nice residential neighborhood and a few blocks from food and shopping on Cicero Avenue. Overall a great value for under $100 in a nice and safe area of the south suburbs near University of Chicago hospital. ”

“Our family of 5 had a quick overnight stay. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of options. ”

“It was very clean. Only downside of the rooms is the beds are really small they are not queen size bed they are full size and 2 grown ups really can’t fit in them. I feel it’s not right for the price of the room and the beds are really small.”

“Our stay was outstanding! We had to check out early from a different holiday inn due to an unhappy stay to be overly impressed with this Holiday Inn off Frontage Rd. The hotel room and lobby were very clean and smelled clean! Thank you Toi for a wonderful breakfast that was full and ready! She was very attentive and helpful to my five children!
