"The hotel is great, perfect location and surprisingly quiet. The room is beautiful and big. Cleaning could be improved, though. I found some hair in the shower. It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. It felt like they just wanted to handle the check-in quickly and not caring much about customers. When asking for room cleaning after I found hair in the shower, they said it was not guaranteed as it was late, i.e. after 1 pm. Same when asking questions. Smiling a bit more would also be appreciated. After all, it’s an expensive hotel. Friendly staff would be the minimum to ask for. "
