“After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. “Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed”

“So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!”
