I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. “After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed”

“Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. “Firstly, there was no sign for comfort inn and number provided in the email was from quality inn not for comfort inn. We got the number from another comfort inn hotel for the location where we go and nobody answered the phone. Room was ok… AC is not working properly. Staff was not able to answer anything”

“Staff was rude. Office was disgusting! Parking was scary, over crowded with people playing loud music and letting their dogs poop in the grass next to the rooms. Room was disgusting!!! Dirty floor, dirty walls, AC was NASTY, towels had hair all over them and sheets were stained. It was an awful experience! Didn't look anything like the photos. There want any chairs in the room only the bed and half the lights didn't work. We got a King bed smoking and LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!”

“I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing.
