Hotel vicino a Oak Hill Park - Chicago

“The property is a quant beautiful hotel situated in downtown Homewood. There is no room service for food. However the hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and eateries with a Fab restaurant and bar inside. I loved the friendly helpful staff who were eager to share some of their favorite restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Plentiful Parking is included in back. “Late after 3pm does not have a room ready, more than two and a half hours to wait, what is shameful, this bad experience. Whenever see a bedbug sticks on the floor in the room what goes on like this, at this price for $105, and saw a bedbug on beds in the backward. This hotel should shut down all due health concerns to be safe.”

“This hotel DOES NOT look like they from photos it is seriously in bad shape the room smelled the sheets were stained the couch in the room was stained everything was beaten up. Elevator Broken -Very loud and the breakfast in the morning looked really bad . we woke up at 5 am to leave as soon as possible-”

“As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least”

“The king efficiency was a fantastic room. Was large and spacious and fit all 5 of us. It has a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. I would stay again hands down. Also locations was great being just minutes from several stores and plazas.”

“Black mold in the bathroom. Cracked and peeling paint. The hair dryer was sticky. The whole place was damp. The floor moved. The ceiling was poorly patched. Lots of water damage. The noise from outside was as if you'd left a window open. Towels were super bleached but had remnants from past guests. The jacuzzi was tarped off with caution tape. It's an old, worm building and I don't even want to know what else stayed in the room with us that night.”

“My check in went smoothly. However, my coffee pot did not work and my shower head was clogged. I went to have breakfast and found that it is was VERY CONTINENTAL; NO BACON/SAUSAGE NO EGGS, only cold cereal and a waffle maker.”
