“The room was dirty they left us 0 wash clothes, 2 towels, there was pubic hair on the shower wall, door jams rusted out, the shower head was dirty, we had 1 bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, sheets were stained, the floors were unswept and coming apart, the ceiling had stains and cracks, and the fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no inconvenience discount”

“Horrible Customer Service”

“This hotel need to be renovated. The room smells musty. I had to go and purchase frebreeze to make it tolerable to sleep. When you check in there is a tablet to complete your check in that was damaged you couldn’t read the screen to see what you’re signing. The pool area was nice and clean”

“A clean room with a comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, and small bathroom with a shower. It was a Friday night, so I guess that accounts for the loud all night party on the floor above. My first stop after I drove away I discovered that someone had hit and damaged my brand new car in the small parking lot.”

“We appreciated the electric charger on site. It came in handy while we stayed at the hotel. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. The breakfast was average. There was a gulf simulator to rent out but we did not use it. The hotel is away from the major bustle of the area. There was a train than came through during our stay. It was during the day so it did not effect our sleep.”

“Bathroom door didn't close. Remote for TV didn't work. In order to access wifi, had to call an 800#. Never heard of that before? Typically, it's written on your card. The pool was shut down due to issues”

“Avoid This Place As a Choice member, I expect better than this dump. From the second I pulled in, it was bad news. The parking lot was a cratered mess full of potholes and cracks. Half the sign was ripped off the building, so the whole place looked like it was falling apart. Walked in past some sketchy guy smoking out front who turned out to be an employee. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk lady, who was genuinely nice and helpful. She deserves better than this place. On...

“No continental breakfast which was stated that there is on website and in room. Only coffee ask the front desk about it and he chuckled on the misleading information. Room was good. No coffee maker in room.”
