“The staff was super friendly, and their breakfast offered more than I expected. They had a clean gym with all the equipment we needed. We used their clean pool and hot tub the first night, but they shut them down the second because of high chlorine content. That was disappointing for our young one because it was half the reason we booked with Embassy. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. They could increase their level of detailed cleaning, though. We found a baby sock under the curtains,...

“due to booking error I asked to move the dates to the correct date. The request was denied and I lost $350. I don't think moving a date was an impossible request. In my opinion, this is not how you treat guests who have to come to your establishment. Really bad”

Only downside is the location; takes like 15min by bus to get to the city center (should anyone be interested in Anchorage downtown, which isn't properly inviting!).”
