“Unglaubliches Hotel. Frühstück 10/10 Zimmer und vor allem die BETTEN 10/10 Personal 10/10 Gebäude und Einrichtung 10/10 Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt. Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! ”

“Nous sommes arrivé dans cet hôtel avec la joie de vacances qui se passaient bien mais nous avons eu la surprise de constater que ce dernier est beaucoup trop éloigné des visites, ce que nous ne pensions pas du tout à ce point. de plus le personnel ne parle pas anglais du tout ou presque seul un employé de nuit juste un peu. donc pas facile de se faire comprendre les chambres sont grandes mais très vieillottes pas très confortable. l'établissement est fréquenté par des asiatique uniquement, je...

“Outstanding hotel! The rooms were stunning and felt luxurious, and the breakfast was good also. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - we arranged a late check out and to leave our bags as we had to wait for a late train. Would 100% recommend, can't imagine anywhere nicer in Ninh Binh or surroundings.”

Purtroppo la tv catodica non funzionava, le tubature dei bagni primordiali a vista, la camera non è stata rifatta e la colazione molto scadente.
