“The property itself is wonderful. Very convenient location but just far enough to be secluded. Facilities were excellent but what really stood out were the exceptional owners. They made the stay 11/10 with their kindness, generosity and professionalism. Please stay here, you'll love it too!”

“The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. ”

“This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. I would also like to thank mr. DAT who was so kind to us, the day we checked out we left pur bags there and went hiking, and when we came back he was so kind that he even gave us a clean room to clean our shoes and wash ourselves,...

“The guest house is a great place to stay ,we really enjoyed our stay ,it’s clean and great customer service .the owner of the guest house is very friendly, the breakfast was amazing ,the owner of guest house invited us to join their a lunch before we leave to Hanoi .they are sweet couple .I will recommend to all my friend to stay here and we definitely will come back here again we rate this guest house 5 star rating .”

“Oanh the owner is incredible. She will fulfill all needs in order to make your stay a grand one. From changing money to booking tours/transportation or any questions you may have about the area. She truly cares about making your stay is the best. She’s is a driving force that is the backbone for her hotel. She checks you in she cooks you breakfast and cleans your room. She is nothing short of amazing. It’s on a side street so quiet and close to everything. Enjoy your stay!”

“Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Great hotel, new and well maintained. We got connecting room which was great. The staff went out of their way to help us with all the questions, helped arrange the transportation and all the tours we wanted to do. It was very nice ! Thank you for having us ”

“Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. As this is near nature, not for the faint hearted for small tiny harmless insects in the room. Picture is...
