“Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. Cena al ristorante siamo stati bene. Aggiungo e concludo che dall’Hotel il centro è a due passi ”

Dopo la consegna delle chiavi della stanza e la scelta dell'orario della colazione, per evitare l'affollamento, parte la vostra vacanza. Pulizia e distanziamento sociale garantiti. Non è comunque epoca per accessi assicurati a musei o monumenti. Tanti i percorsi a piedi o in bicicletta, se ne siete forniti. Il luogo è tranquillo e piacevole.”

“Lovely b&b! Had big rooms and excellent shower. Ten minutes walk from the station and five from the centre. Friendly hosts with out being overbearing. Would absolutely go back. Only consideration: there was nowhere to leave bags after checkout.”

“La limpieza de la habitación pese a ser un hotel Marriott no se hace todos los días . Cuando pedí que limpien el cuarto se sorprendieron y dijeron que no era usual y que lo lo normal es limpiar el cuarto cada 4 días . Eso me llamó la atención porque he estado en muchos hoteles Marriott en muchos lugares”

“Our room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable & shower hot & powerfull. We ate on two nights - the food was very good & service quick. The only thing we didn't like was the peas which we both left. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. We had eggs florentine & the full cooked breakfast. The breakfast manager was very friendly & very good at his job. We wouldn't hesitate to book again & will hopefully return someday soon. Extremely handy having the bus stop right...

“Good points - v friendly owner - very welcoming Shower nice and powerful Bad points - obviously over a pub you expect some noise but incredibly loud until midnight then very loud conversation just below until 4AM. Decor worn and some bits could definitely have been cleaner. Sheet was ripped. Mattress was too small for bed base so you knocked shins on bed base when squeezing around the bed The room was not much larger than the bed, there was a desk but no room for a chair. Only 2 thin...

“Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”

“Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.”

“We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey.
