“Literally amazing suite. The view, the decor, the bathroom and the comfort were great.”

“Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. Cena al ristorante siamo stati bene. Aggiungo e concludo che dall’Hotel il centro è a due passi ”

“Non lontano dalle stazioni dei treni e dei bus, dal centro, cattedrale, castle, musei, Flass vale, Wharthon park, Aykley Heads, river Wear. Dopo la consegna delle chiavi della stanza e la scelta dell'orario della colazione, per evitare l'affollamento, parte la vostra vacanza. Pulizia e distanziamento sociale garantiti. Non è comunque epoca per accessi assicurati a musei o monumenti. Tanti i percorsi a piedi o in bicicletta, se ne siete forniti. Il luogo è tranquillo e piacevole.”

“I loved the decor - quite traditional and full of character which I prefer to a more corporate style Some people might find it a little shabby, but very comfortable nonetheless, although a few minor maintenance issues like squeaky doors and wardrobe doors and missing curtain hooks, for example, could be easily resolved. Breakfast was really good and all the staff were unfailingly helpful and pleasant. Great location and great value for money. ”

“Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our family enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Great value for a family on a budget.”

“Very nice lady on reception. Paid for breakfast which was not as ordered. We gave exact instruction as items to be very well cooked, this was not the case and did not have time to return it! The water in the shower was freezing. Plus the extractor very noisy. Parking was great and bus service very close. Enjoyed drinks in the bar, such a pity the other major things were not up to scrach. ”

“Friendly and helpfull staff 24hr front desk. Basic Breakfast available however other places inside service station and a starbucks or greggs just down the road. Lunch and evening meal menu available or again can use the service station outlets. Personaly I just had food in the hotel. Rooms are pretty good and shower is great 👍 ”

“The thermostat to the radiators didn’t work so we couldn’t turn the temperature down and were therefore uncomfortably hot and got limited sleep. The mattress added to the lack of sleep as it was very uncomfortable. The door to our room you could close from the inside with a hard shove but you couldn’t close from the outside so we couldn’t leave anything valuable in the room. The bathroom shelf was sitting at a jaunty angle and therefore we couldn’t put anything on it. The shower was more...
