“Comfort Inn Scherville was advertising as being operable when they weren’t. They were without power! I booked two nights (8/12-14) online due to tornadoes in my area and being without power for days. When I arrived, Comfort Inn had no power. There were two staff ppl there that I spoke with confirming they would cancel the reservation, even took down my name. Received an email on 8/13 stating they won’t be issuing a refund. Money hungry and super neglectful location! Patronize at your own...

“Rooms are not serviced and I stayed for 4 nights. The power went out for several hours on 8/21/26. I was hoping the hotel had a generator, it did not”

“The pool area was not the cleanliest and we told the staff but no one came to clean it. The rooms were a nice size and they gave us plenty of towels and amenities. However there wasn't any coffee in y lobby area when we arrived. But the staff was wonderful and we will come again. The kids loved it and it was perfect for a girls sleepover pool party!”

“For the price a decent location, it's very quick to access off I80 or Cline Avenue. Despite it's proximity to the aforementioned major roads, and some railroad, I didn't hear a thing. Quite a reasonable breakfast, so definitely pretty good value”
