“Room was spacious and clean, parking was close to the building, hot breakfast was better than expected. Would definitely come back.”

“I’ve stayed in better for way cheaper. I was given a room with stained sheets, handprints on the wall, ice cream smeared on the walls, a missing smoke detector, and a dirty bathroom. Upon telling the front desk, they moved me to a new room which was slightly less gross, but not by much. For a nonsmoking property, it sure stunk like weed and cigarettes. The front desk personnel were super helpful with my concerns!”

“Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay.”

“We had 3 children and the people in the room next to us kept us all up all night. I made a call to the staff at 3 AM asking for some help and nothing was done. We ended up checking out early and not completing our stay.”

“This hotel is still under construction while the room we were given was clean and pretty nice. The bed was hard. The television did not work. We went to the office, but it was never fixed when we got there. We were charged $100 deposit and and it was not refunded that they said we smoked me and my boyfriend don’t even smoke. They kept our deposit refused to give it back so don’t stay at this hotel in Merrillville. There are many other nicer friendlier hotels in the area.”

“Bed was hard as a rock and floors were dirty. Had to go ask for toilet paper.”

“I liked the staff. The breakfast had staff always present which was nice, because the pancake machine wasn’t working right. The toaster was too small for the bread. It would only toast half of it at a time and then you had to reinsert the other end(only 1/2 fit). I stayed there two nights and the pool was NEVER available! I feel like there should be someway to notify members. I don’t like paying the same amount for a room that doesn’t have that available as that is a primary reason I...

“The pool area gets super hot/ humid in the summer. The area could benefit from an a/c system or an exhaust system to control the chlorine fumes and uncomfortable temp. Not bad when you're swimming, but if you are watching the kiddios it's not a great guest experiences.”

“You get what you pay for . No daily cleaning room service . Not even taking the trash out ( we had to do it ourselves for several days )! Broken shower head ! They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . Will never stay here again”

“They do not like to compensate for messed up rooms or amenities. Plus they try and stag you on giving u back your initial deposit”
