“The only issue was a young man knocking on my door. He wasn't staff and looked like beggar. The place was adequate for my needs. ”

“I travel for work and stay in hotels frequently, so I generally have reasonable expectations, especially in smaller towns. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room door lock did not work, leaving only the manual latch for security. The bedding had a large brown stain on the comforter and was covered with long black hairs, making it clear the room had not been properly cleaned. “The hotel seemed a bit outdated and there needs to be more handicapped accessible rooms available. We had to be in a regular room with a wheelchair and it made it quite difficult to move around. They’re also we’re only two handicap parking spaces that I could see when I was told there were four because that’s how many rooms you all had.”

“Booked a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator in it for my elderly father before he could be placed in a nursing home. Found out the day he left (by ambulance) that there wasn’t a fridge in the room after all. I had sent him groceries that included frozen meals (there was a microwave) that he couldn’t keep or eat because of lack of fridge. Also the phone in the room didn’t work so if he needed to make a call he had to go walk down to the front desk (he uses a cane) to do so. ...

“I liked hotel´s location. It has everything you need for a few days stay. The hotel has laundry facilities, an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and sauna. The area was clean, and clean towels were available. The was ample, well-lit parking and a continental breakfast. The room had air conditioning, and the staff was attentive.”
