“The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. “Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

“My son and I arrived for our reservation just before midnight. When we walked into the lobby, there were several people talking and joking with two hotel staff members, and very clearly either markedly intoxicated or using drugs. For me, it was very unsettling and left me feeling unsafe. One individual with bloodshot eyes tried loudly to engage my son in conversation. “Room was dirty. Some one else's eye lash cluster on the floor. Dirt and dead bugs laying round in corners. Coffee pot didnt have the tray to make coffee. Pillows awful. Breakfast staff id give 5 stars”
