The scrambled eggs did not taste like real eggs. They were probably a substitute. Also, the eggs were not kept hot. They taste better when they are hot or very warm.
The cylinder container that holds the liquid waffle mixture has a spout you press to fill a small cup, which you then pour into a waffle iron to make waffles. The liquid waffle mixture came out painfully slow from the spout. I overheard others say they were giving up on making waffles because of this problem.
When we arrived at the hotel at 3:20 pm there were staff ready to greet and help us check in. Except for one time, there were no staff at the front desk when we passed by several times during our two-day stay. I thought it was strange that the front desk was left unmanned. It would have been better customer service to have someone at the front desk full-time during waking hours.
The property itself was kept clean and I felt safe in the area. It was easy to find a place to park. Our room was clean and as described on their website. Housekeeping doesn't automatically come by to clean rooms for only a two-night stay, so we didn't see them. Overall, I would give the Residence Inn in Murray, Utah, 4/5 stars.
