“Air conditioning, hot water and fridge worked great but hair in the sink, the beds were nasty ”

“I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”

“I was traveling in Texas to go to my uncle's memorial and my aunt made my mom reservations at the same hotel I was staying at. That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request.
