“Air conditioning, hot water and fridge worked great but hair in the sink, the beds were nasty ”

“I loved the newness, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Was not pleased with having to pay $100 for incidentals when I knew I would not be utilizing any since I was in town for a family funeral and meeting at their properties for meals etc. Holding a card number would’ve been more affordable than spending another $100 and waiting for return of monies.”

That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request. “This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. “The room was clean but took a while to get the room to get cool. Air conditioning was off when we checked in. We also could have used more bath towels since there was 4 of us and only 2 towels.”
