“Everything was clean, staff was okay, and the location was perfect”

“We arrived late at night and were only staying until morning. The area is kinda sketchy and with people hanging out outside of their rooms drinking, smoking and carrying on loudly (after midnight),I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The room was “clean” but smelled AWFUL! The bed was hard as a rock and the bedding was as cheap as cheap can get. You get what you pay for, folks!”

“A lovely place to stay—very quiet and peaceful. The stables, the peacocks, the exquisite décor... there was no noise, and it was spotless. We slept like babies, and the breakfast was delicious and conveniently located just steps from the room.”

“When we arrived at the hotel late Thursday evening, the front desk person was helpful and assisted us in getting a roll away cot for our room. When we opened the cot after he left the room, we found candy wrappers, stirring sticks and other trash in the fold. As we settled in, we noticed that the toilet was running and found that we could not get it to stop so we listened to that all night. We had trouble with the room keys working and had to go to the front desk several times to get them...

“Our room toilet did not flush and we lost water pressure in the morning while in the shower..... other than that it was a nice property.”

“The staff are so friendly, the room was very clean, had a few wear/tears here and there but not bothersome. Parking was sufficient, but the bed!!!! Omg!! Best sleep of my life kinda bed. So soft. I will definitely be back!! ”

“Our state was good overall. However, it would appear the shower was clogged as the water began to pool while I was talking a bath.”

“El hotel en general estaba muy agradables, la habitación muy confortable, el desayuno muy bien, salvo por los huevos cocidos que los sirven congelados. El tema fue una de las recepcionistas, bastante grosera e incluso con un trato muy agresivo con nosotros, me parece que deben de cuidar mas al personal que ponen de cara con el cliente. No volvería si supiera que ella me va a atender, por el resto del personal y en general el Hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente.”
