“I had a different circumstance that required me to go down there a day earlier...I tried through Expedia to change my reservation but was not successful. I called the hotel directly and they were able to assist me so I ended up staying a day earlier and kept my reservation for the original night stay. Hope and the crew were amazingly understanding and helpful. “We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. We walked the grounds which are lush and green, though in need of some pruning and maintenance. Overall, a very good experience and I would consider staying there again on another trip to...

“I know there is remodeling going on, but this place was subpar. Leaving doors open for workers caused my room to be humid. No door handles on doors for basic passage through was tough.”

This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately.”

“At the time of check in, we asked for the late checkout at 1pm for which staff at reception agreed . Our access to the room was revoked before 1pm. When we check again at the reception, she charged us 22$ for late checkout. Terrible experience.”

“It’s an older small town motel. What you would expect. Very quiet, older motel no need for large hotel amenities. It’s fine for where it’s located. Gives the whole safe stop for the night and rest feel. Clean, room, linens,air conditioning, parking in front of room. No fear felt staying there.”

“Room phone was not working . Shower faucet needs to be fixed. Only one trash can in the room. Pool is kind of hidden .”

“Lady at the front desk checked me in and was there when I checked out. She was the nicest receptionist I've had. I will definitely use this place again.”

“My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend.”
