“The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. “This hotel is actually called Howdy Inn, not Days Inn. We booked it last minute, but I would not recommend staying here. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The bathtub was oxidized, the toilets were outdated, and overall the property was not in good condition at all. The pictures online look nothing like the hotel in person, which feels like false advertising. “The hotel was nice overall, but there were several things I did not like.
First, a lot of light comes into the room in the morning. I would have preferred blackout curtains. There is also an exterior light that shines into the room at night, which I found quite annoying.
Second, the pillows were not very comfortable for a hotel.
Another issue was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and I could hear my neighbors clearly. I could hear snoring, coughing, and other noises from the room next...
