“Great check in experience with Tiaan. The room was beautiful, pristine and comfortable. ”

“Sheets were dirty. Mattress cover had blood. Room stunk. Shower had bad mold. Felt itchy. Did not want to give a refund”

Dog in next room barking frequently. $60 cash security deposit not mentioned when reserving the room. Front desk staff not friendly. Staff was rude when checking out,as if not wanting to return deposit. ”

“Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...

“Property was undergoing some needed updates so some amenities were unavailable but not a factor for us as we were just spending a quick night while traveling. Staff was very friendly. There are not many choices in the immediate area but we chose this based on some good breakfast reviews but we found the breakfast to be well below average. ”
