“There were roaches coming out there bathroom sink. Disgusting!”

“We were unable to stay here. When the reservation was made on 02/27/26 I requested a room with a rolling shower. The property staff responded by saying the room that we had booked did not have a rolling shower. I responded back that a walk-in shower would be just fine and did the room we booked have a walk-in shower? There was no response from the hotel staff to my query, just crickets. Since they did not respond back I assumed our room would have a walk-in shower as pictured on the Expedia...

“The front desk personnel were asleep on the desk when I arrived at midnight to check in. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8 AM wanting to know if the room needed cleaning and the breakfast in the lobby was the saddest version of a hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen.”

“First let me say, I don’t normally stay at this kind of hotel; so my review will seem a little harsh. I am going to start with the good things first. The checkin staff were super friendly and the checkin process was really quick. They did not even need a card on file for incidentals. “OK guys. This is a budget hotel... but it was good. The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. We would have liked yogurt and more juices at breakfast, but there was plenty of waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, and muffins. We were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had for the price we paid. ”
