“The room was clean by hotel standards, the pool is apparently permanently closed according to a sign on the door but the website does not say so. Breakfast was disgusting, the eggs are fake and the gravy was just gross. The lady refilled it just as we came in and it was raw flour and salt. I should have asked the clerk to taste it but just wanted to check out and leave. We would not stay here again.”

“Our experience at this hotel was honestly completely horrible and unacceptable from the moment we checked in. I checked in a total of two rooms, both of them had issues, and both of them resulted in us having to move to new rooms. The first rooms we were given had no power, and when we pulled back the sheets there was blood on the bed. After reporting it, we were moved to different rooms, but those were just as dirty and poorly maintained. At that point, it was very late at night, we had just...

“Cockroach in the room. In my 40 yrs never smelled water like the water coming out of the faucets. That cannot be healthy. ”

“Air Conditioning Unit shut off during the night warming the room up over and over. Also the hot water was very poor, we showered at midnight and also at 9:00 AM and it never heated up to anything resembling a hot shower.”

“The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Although they were going through renovations, our room was very clean.”

“Friends we were with had to request maintenance on their room door upon arrival. It didn’t shut properly. Our bathtub looked undesirable. Didn’t look real clean. Very “used” and really needs to be replaced. Had to wait in a long line upon arrival. Had to wait about half an hour. Only one person working the desk. Management and staff, however, were extremely nice, caring and hospitable. ”

“Was not pleased mainly after I made reservations mostly because the pool after getting there the pool was not there the. Real fast was not good it was awful the waffle maker did not work right the juice was old and nasty I do suggest this place beds were hard room smelled of cigarettes”

“Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain.”

“Let’s start off by saying all around horrible. No real blankets, A/C wasn’t working properly, property looks like it just went through an hurricane and don’t forget the cockroaches we found. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

“Our room was clean and we had the option of having the room cleaned and fresh towels every day. All the staff were friendly and helpful.”

“I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes calling the office trying to do late check in and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Ended up having to get another hotel room from different hotel. Called the next morning to get a refund and was told that they needed to speak to a manger and would call me right back. Never got a call back.”
