“First they charge 15.00 a day for parking which you are never told about untill you see it on your final invoice. The key card didn't work on the door so it had to be changed out that took 30mins. The biscuits at the breakfast were rock hard . The beds were comfortable The room balcony was nice ”

“Should’ve listened to other reviews about not actually being in the hotel. You will be right behind it in small motel wings.. room was decent tho and the pool and beach were great. I was also charged $100 “deposit” upon check in because I booked thru Expedia. Kinda defeats the purpose of using third party booking apps for deals. So over $700 for a motel the only perk was beach access. ”

“The doors were noisy when closing. One morning the groundskeeper was running a leaf blower at 6 am outside our bedroom window. During checking we were very tired from the flight and were hit up with high pressure sales personnel trying to sell us a time-share ; an insult to a long day of travel. ”

“Sand Rose was always excellent but this stay it has went to the dogs literally! Not used to being around so many pets with allergies it's difficult! Always clean but this stay seemed different maybe cleaning solution changed, breakfast still good. Will go back now have to request no animal room.”

“The hotel itself was very nice and good location. Very walkable area. Didnt appreciate the "destination fees" added to bill when checking out. This forces you to eat at the hotel restaurant or forfeit your money allocated daily for these fees. Also, room was immaculate and cleaned first day/night but not afterwards. We understand staff shortages.”
