“Staff was very friendly.”

“Rooms were clean and attended to each day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day...we would have liked some food variety. There were big dogs in hallways, doorways and elevator that were agressive, barked loudly and not under the owners' control. It made me uncomfortable in the common areas. ”

“The amenities are awesome but the rooms are showing their age. Paint overspray everywhere, our toilet ran, the shower pull was frozen and the GFCI plug in the bathroom was nonfunctional. They fixed the shower first day but everything else remained. Brautiful setting...”

“The room was nice and spacious, but not very clean. The floors were sticky, there were smears and stains on the bathroom walls, the tables throughout the room had some sticky smears. Our bathroom sink barely drained and was very slow. I had a few cold showers during our 3 night reservation. We did notify the front desk and hotel messaging about the issues and was told that the drain would be fixed first thing in the morning, the floors would be cleaned to remove the maple syrup smell and...

“Comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was delicious but we almost missed it! Closes at 9 on weekdays and the doors shut, so get there early! Delicious selection and big cozy dining area. ”

“As far as staff goes not very welcoming at front desk but the cooks at breakfast made up for it,nothing but cheery humming and big smiles to everyone. Unfortunately the pool was dirty when we came and we hoped to use it on a hot day.Other than that our stay was overall swell 4 star!”

El desayuno no está incluido, hay que pagar o hacer algo extra para que sea gratis o simplemente pagarlo como a 16 dólares por adulto. La comida estaba buena. En sentido general no está mal pero pienso que podría estar mejor ”
