“Competitive price/value. Stay hit all the marks. Clean room, comfortable bed and room temperature, good shower pressure with quick warm water for bathing. Nice to have breakfast included and being close to airport with free shuttle service, and free parking. The only issue I found was the bathroom was extremely small. Overall I was pleased.”

“The lobby was closed upon arrival, took a while for the doors to be unlocked. Lobby air condition was broken, with one box fan circulating the air, the smell of pot was wafting in from the outside patio, where the doors were open. The lobby may have been recently updated, however, the rooms haven’t. Bedding was old and pillows were extremely old/lumpy.”

“First of all when we walked in the room, it was fine but after getting in the bed to go to sleep we noticed a smell that was so bad. We went and got clean sheets and pillow cases and that still did nothing to the smell. Lifted the mattress cover and the bed had pee stains all over it. Horrible experience I will never stay there again. My daughter couldn’t swim in the pool because it was green. I mean you get what you pay for but we should’ve atleast been able to sleep in a bed that didn’t stink.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room, amenities and staff were all great. The reason for this low rating is the valet service. They parked the car under a tree which left tons of sticky residues on it. When I asked the valet staff, they were very rude and responded that’s how it is and they’re not responsible. Not even an apology, or trying to make it up. Their manager reimbursed one night of valet and I thought that should cover the cost of car wash. I took the car to a premium car...

“I strongly recommend this location. I think by San Antonio standards it is centrally located, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Best of all, parking is included as well as breakfast and a daily happy hour with food. In downtown San Antonio there is very little to do other than walking on the Riverwalk (highly overrated), the Alamo, and an art museum. It is NOT the typical American city downtown area. There are almost no stores and nothing else to do besides what I just mentioned...
