“Liked: quiet, big room. Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia.”

“Pros - quite possibly the best breakfast i've had in a hotel in years. Conveniently located, tucked in a corner near the airport. Clean rooms, quiet. Cons - no USB connections, so bring a charger base. It IS an older property, so the room does feel a little dated, but that's just a minor detail. Overall, the value is here, and I would stay again in a pinch.”

“The kitchen staff presented a slight challenge. they closed the bar 45 minutes early and i didn’t get to experience my 2nd drink. When we inquired the next morning to get syrup they shared that the kitchen was closing in 30 minutes so they couldn’t provide any syrup so my grandson enjoyed his waffle with butter.”

“The room and bathroom were a good size. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower nozzles were a little confusing and we kept getting random bursts of cold and hot water. Our only window faced the inside of the hotel. While the shutters provided good blockage of the light I would have preferred drapes. The lights stay on in the lobby all night so we did have some light coming in. Also we weren’t aware that valet was our only option, so that was disappointing. The front...

“Room was cool and clean but the halls were heavily perfumed, seemingly covering up some mold smell. Noticed that moldy smell just inside our doorway the second morning, right before checking out. Breakfast staff on Sunday morning was phenomenal, as always! Real food options are great, not just carbs.”

“The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good.”
