Hotel a Helotes

“A/c was loud and there were ants in restroom and shower, we tried to switch rooms but nothing was available so we left the hotel two days early but they said they were unable to refund do to booking through Expedia. ”

“Everything was great including very good quality large bath towels. Not sure why you charge for parking when there is nothing around that would encroach on the properties parking spaces. Ok the parking was less than $5 but then why give out a bag with 2 waters in it at check in. How about free parking and no free water bottles!”

“Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear. AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away. THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Meyer Hotel. The hotel grounds are very pretty, with a beautiful pool as well. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and linens. The Meyer is just a half block from the shops and restaurants - very walkable. We parked our car on the first night and didn't move it again until we were leaving. I look forward to staying again soon!”

“I had a bad experience during my stay. When we arrived, the toilet in our room was already clogged. I called to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff member didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to move us to another room. Since I was traveling with my kids, this was very inconvenient and we had to keep going downstairs to use the restroom. A working bathroom is a basic necessity, and I expected better service. ”

“My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though.”
