“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”

“Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

“We enjoyed our stay at Peach Tree. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the pool was kept at a perfect temperature. We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but the location was great—close to downtown and easy to get around. The property has a cute setup and a welcoming atmosphere. We’d stay again.”

“my family and me got three rooms they were all supposed to have microwave and refrigerator not all rooms did the beds were supposed to be queens they weren't they didn't have hot water there were roaches crawl I the microwave and refrigerator the toilet seat was broke there was Holes in the wall the showers were nasty had hair everywhere and there was hair on one of the beds when we walked in they came by the room to see if we needed towels or anything this was the worst trip I've ever took...

“Power switch and A/C unit had now power. Had to navigate the room with my cell phone flash light. Bathroom had rodents and was not thoroughly cleaned.”
