“Was last minute stay but as usual the front desk employees always make you feel welcome. Kevin and Angely great customer service. ”

“The room was clean. I found things here and there that could have been cleaner but they didn't effect my stay. The bed was comfortable. I appreciate having a refrigerator with a freezer. The staff were very accommodating with my sleep schedule. I slept mostly during the day. I was able to hook up my Roku to the TV and watch movies that way. ”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Hot breakfast was waffles. Clean room. Bathroom needed updating but everything worked. Good price per night. Soft pillows were a bonus. Only concern our AC froze up but after turning it off for few hours it work fine again. It's perfect walking distance from river Walk and shops. Only con was pool was out of service. ”

“Very run down, the room smelled of cat. The walls and tub area were pealing. The sink in the kitchen area was unusable, it would turn off but not turn off. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and I had to ask for seats at the front desk but they were stained and gross looking so I ended up at Walmart buying my own. The mini fridge was broken and barely hanging on for dear life. There were homeless people everywhere. Just every uncomfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.”

“Mena and her office staff are always nice and helpful. The 2 housekeepers they have are absolutely amazing and such sweethearts along with being very hard working. If your looking for a place to stay visiting San Antonio or just passing through def stay here. They are dog friendly. ”
