“Online description said hot tub as an amenity. There wasn’t one on the property, that was the main reason for booking that property. ”

“Such an adorable place! Very clean and well decorated. Lots of little goodies left around, which made it very sweet, comfortable and thoughtful.”

“Paint on floors, some outlets did not work, oven could not be used as it was missing necessary grate. The water pressure in one of the showers was very weak. The place was clean and new but just didn’t deliver expectations. For the beautiful kitchen it was disappointing not to be able to cook food other than microwave. ”

“We booked this place for a multipurpose trip to attend a wedding and have a mini getaway. It was a great option for privacy and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only minutes away from the wedding venue, events, and shopping square. We stayed in the cottage with the hot tub, and it was easy to operate and delightful to get a soak in every night. Our host, Lance, was quick to respond when we had an issue and resolved it promptly.”

“The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….”

“This is one of our favorite properties that we have used in our visits to Fredricksurg. This property is the perfect blend of luxury and country, making it an ideal romantic getaway. While it feels wonderfully private and secluded, it's just a quick drive to Main Street and all the vineyards. The hot tub was a livesaver as we returned daily from our adventures. No doubt that we will return in the future”
