“Rooms clean ”

“The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. ”

“We never got breakfast because there was no water. This was probably not the hotels' fault. But we couldn't even flush the toilet, forget about taking a shower or making coffee in the room. The next day there was a letter under the door saying this might happen, so we didn't know if there was water or not. We had to go buy bottled water to flush the toilet and brush our teeth. I don't think this was the hotel's fault except that we didn't get warned until after the fact and there was no...

“Super clean and cozy ”

“The iron didnt work properly until I moved it to a different outlet but it still did not steam. Overall it was very clean and spacious . Most importantly...they made accomodations on the first floor for my 90 yr old mother with health issues. ”

“We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. ”

“Back door stays unlocked and a stranger just walked in off the streets to go eat breakfast. Can they add sanitizer somewhere in the lobby”

“No cleaning, many things not working at the room. The staff is just there but they not even say anything not even a “good morning”. Very bad hotel in very bad conditions.”

“This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The room was decorated so cool and the bed was super comfy. If you stay you must eat dinner there too! We had the Ranch salad which was amazing and the hamburger was simply delicious! Grayson was very helpful to us…love that southern hospitality! ”

“Dirty room with previous guest's pizza boxes in room, dirty sheets, no soap, etc. in bathroom. ”
