“The staff is very good, they put towels and soap, but the cleanliness of the site as such is disgusting, small and large cockroaches everywhere.”

“Room was dirty and it smelled moldy. Floors were sticky it needed to be swept. food all under the table. Found 2 roaches in the room. Inside the bathroom floors water was coming out from underneath when you would step on the floor.”

“La habitación era espaciosa y las camas cómodas,las alfombras estaban extremadamente sucias con manchas y pegajosas así como el minibar y el microondas,el aire acondicionado era bien antiguo aunque aun enfriaba bien,las recepcionistas fueron muy amables,en general esta cerca de muchos mercados, el mall y restaurantes”

“We lost power for about an hour and the staff was very rude when we inquired about it. Also the pool was supposed to open at 10 am but no one had a key and it was after 1 pm before it opened. The rooms very clean and I think housekeeping did a great job. The rooms are very outdated. Friends that were staying in another room had problems with their AC.”

“Staff very unprofessional. Room was not clean . Carpet stained and furniture sticky. The room had a strong odor , and lobby smelled of marijuanna. Ownership has poor communication.”
