“bed: very comfy, extra blanket was helpful. Coffee maker *also dispenses hot water!! Kitchen set up - well equipt (microwave and electric skillet). Ceiling and barn doors are cool. Walking to all Magnolia shopping. Road noise and train whistle evident, hence 4 stars.”

“The house was clean.The internet is terrible. It kept losing service throughout our stay. On our last day there, the lock box didn’t work. I’m not sure if it was because of the internet. We tried contacting the host by calling the two phone numbers they left in the guest book and also via the VRBO app. We did not hear from anyone for over 6 hours! We called and texted and were extremely annoyed that this was how we had to spend our last day there after only staying there for five days. I thought...

“Cute place with a great front porch. Nice sized kitchen that is fully stocked with needed items to cook. Loved the coffee bar and coffee pods provided. The back bedroom unfortunately did not have a queen sized bed. It is only a double bed. We could also hear the guest in the back of the house when in the back bedroom, too (the nest rental) It was a little odd when we first heard the person. We honestly didn’t think the walls would’ve been that thin. Im sure the guests could hear us as well...

“We stayed one night at this cute home and I really liked it. The house was clean and nicely decorated, perfect for a short stay...we had been traveling all day so we didn't utilize the upper deck or fire pit, but I could imagine those being fun during the evening. ”

“The host was very kind & responsive. The actual facility was not so much. I am sure when it was 1st built (as pictured) it was amazing. The upkeep is lacking, the cleanliness was poor. We left a day early because we couldn't stay another night. ”

They had a raging party behind us and started throwing trash over the fence. Then some jumped the fence and knocked on the windows at 3am. The rules say no parties and no parking on the street but both of those things are already happening all around the house. “We really enjoyed the Uptown Bungalow. The bed were super comfortable. The living space was perfect. Loved the front porch. The coffee shop across the street made the best cappuccino and the house was super close to the Baylor stadium and nearby shopping. The host was constantly in contact with us to ensure a easy stay. Overall great experience. ”

“We are three ladies of a certain age on a trip to visit my son for All University Sing and to enjoy Waco. What we enjoyed most was this house! It was so perfect for each of us to have our own en-suite! The house was supplied well and provided everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the location! Close to everything we needed. Charmaine was a wonderful host and communicating with her was a breeze! Thank you for a great long weekend in Waco! ”
