“No towels in room. Elevator not working had to go through the stairs. Asked for bedding for the sofa bed at 9pm and didn’t get it until 11:30 at night. They only had one employee in front desk that was being overworked. ”

“There was no water in the pool. Breakfast was not that great. There were chips on our floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No wash rags. The staff was friendly. Sheets and towels were clean. The toilet seat was broken.”

Baylor’s graduation ceremonies were taking place during our stay, which we attended. I totally believe the price hike was taking advantage of this event, because this hotel and location is certainly not worth $330.00 a night.”

“Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves. ”
