“The gym was great! Clean and friendly staff.”

“At breakfast, which was in the lobby area, there was an R-rated movie playing on the large TV. There were three naked women in a hot tub with families and children around. The door keys rarely worked which was very tiresome and frustrating. Front desk said everyone was having a lot of problems but there wasn't a solution, wondering if we could ever get back into our rooms. Room remodel was lipstick on a pig. Lots of shoddy repairs made and then covered in a thick coat of paint.”

“Hotel lobby was under construction, but was looking very nice. The grounds outside were littered with trash and cigarette butts. The room was clean and smelled heavily of disinfectant. I stayed in a room the farthest from the freeway. It was extremely loud. My door did not shut properly, so hot air blew in, and the air conditioning stayed on almost constantly. The couch in the room was stained and looked as if a rodent had chewed on it. The TV got some channels, but a major portion had audio...

“Good for quick stay - one night stop over”

“This hotel is under construction / renovation !!! Customers should know that before booking. No lobby, dirty elevators, makeshift front desk, check in at 4 pm without any place to sit down. When asked where to sit while waiting for a room they said to go outside on the bench (very cold and raining). Room was fine, clean and comfortable but bed mattresses are sagging on the side that everyone uses; they need to be rotated or turned over or replaced.”
