“First, it’s not a hotel and barely can be labeled as a motel. You’ve seen similar looking places on episodes of Cops, The First 48. $50 CASH deposit required at check in. She send us to the 7-11 but someone had stole their ATM. Candy bar wrappers in room and blood in the bathroom. Beds were sitting on what looked like church fellowship tables without the legs. We went to the concert, skipped the alcohol and made the 1.5 drive home. Motel was $85 and parking would have been $65 so we needed...

“This property is involved in fraudulent activities. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. “Great stay even for the price. Unfortunately, we were woken early by those who stayed above us but we didn't hear any of those in the hall. Breakfast was mediocre and left much to be desired, especially when compared to other hotels of similar value. Staff was good and friendly, much better than other places we stayed in the area.”
