“I was most displeased with the efforts made by housekeeping. I’m not fully aware of the standards at this property, but while I’d find a made bed and fresh towels I was surprised to see the floors and bathroom were never cleaned. ”

The breakfast was very good with a lot of different options. Rosa was very friendly. Hotel is very close to downtown area and you can see Baylor University stadium across the street. “Firstly when I looked online I thought the area was decent but when we got there it was mostly drug addicts. The cops got called a few rooms down from us scaring my wife. The whole hotel was falling apart inside and out and it had an odor. The customer service was terrible as well, the ladies at the desk had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to them or ask for something. Even the WiFi was an hassle, they wouldnt let us connect more than one device unless we paid extra and even when we paid...

“Over charged me $450!!!! To my credit card by front desk manager Dalton. Refusing to give me a credit for his mistake on booking me. I am 71, retired on limited funds. Very disappointed in this chain.”
